冷再生機出租為保證路床厚度范圍內(nèi)的CBR值和壓實度達到規(guī)范要求，全線路床上部36cm厚采用6%水泥土處理。針對低填淺挖路基，當(dāng)路基填方高度或挖方深度≤155cm時，路床下部44cm厚換填4%的水泥土處理，路床上部36cm厚換填6%水泥土處理。

人員、機械設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)施工方案組合工期要求進行合理的配置。路堤填筑區(qū)為一個完整的作業(yè)區(qū)，每個作業(yè)區(qū)人員配置：施工隊長1名，領(lǐng)工員2名，指揮卸土位置人員2名，測量及試驗檢測人員4～6人，其他機械工、普工20～30人。

根據(jù)施工需要，每個作業(yè)面配備反鏟挖掘機一臺、宣化-140推土機一臺、YZ-22振動壓路機兩臺、天工-160平地機一臺，徐工-230灰土拌和機，自卸運輸車6輛，撒水車一臺備用。當(dāng)運距較遠時，自卸車的數(shù)量可適當(dāng)增加。
