How to construct cold recycling machinery for old asphalt pavement
1、就地冷再生的施工原理瀝青路面就地冷再生并不是人們通常所理解的將已破損的瀝青路面重新恢復(fù)到完好的原始狀態(tài),而是將舊面層和部分基層一并打碎混合之后就地改建成新的基層(或底基層)。嚴(yán)格地講,此工藝應(yīng)該稱之為舊瀝青路面材料的就地再利用。路面就地冷再生的工作原理,是在原有舊路鋪層的基礎(chǔ)上,按照新的設(shè)計(jì)要求,選擇性地?fù)饺脒m量的骨料、水泥、石灰、粉煤灰、乳化瀝青、泡沫瀝青和水等外加材料,利用就地冷再生設(shè)備,實(shí)際上就是一臺(tái)大型的穩(wěn)定土路拌機(jī)),在自然常溫下,就地連續(xù)完成對(duì)舊鋪層(路面和部分基層)的銑刨、破碎、添加料、拌和、攤鋪等工序,隨后進(jìn)行找平和碾壓,修建出一種特殊級(jí)配的道路基層(或底基層)。
1. Construction principle of in-situ cold recycling asphalt pavement in-situ cold recycling is not generally understood to restore the damaged asphalt pavement to the intact original state, but to break and mix the old surface course and part of the base course, and then transform it into a new base course (or subbase). Strictly speaking, this process should be called in-situ reuse of old asphalt pavement materials. The principle of cold in place recycling is to select the right amount of aggregate, cement, lime, fly ash, emulsified asphalt, foam asphalt and water, and use the local cold recycling equipment on the basis of the old pavement. Milling, crushing, adding materials, mixing, paving and other processes of the old paving layer (pavement and part of the base course) shall be continuously completed on site, and then leveling and rolling shall be carried out to build a special graded road base (or subbase).
2、就地冷再生的適用范圍和優(yōu)點(diǎn)由于就地冷再生施工是將原道路的面層和基層變成了新的道路基層(或底基層),致使新道路的面層少要在此標(biāo)高的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)始鋪筑,況且在高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的道路改造中,有時(shí)是將再生層作為底基層,在此基礎(chǔ)上還要加鋪二灰碎石等基層材料,這就使得改造之后的路面標(biāo)高遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于原來(lái)路面的標(biāo)高,沿路構(gòu)造物處路面的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)將隨之發(fā)生變化。如果在城市道路中采用此法施工,原有的排水系統(tǒng)也將隨之受到一些影響。因此,對(duì)于路面標(biāo)高有較嚴(yán)格限制的道路,不宜采用此法施工。
2. Application scope and advantages of in-situ cold recycling construction because in-situ cold recycling construction changes the surface course and base course of the original road into a new road base (or subbase), the surface course of the new road must be paved at least on the basis of this elevation. 雖然就地冷再生的適用范圍受到路面標(biāo)高的限制,但在多數(shù)的一般道路改造中,與傳統(tǒng)的施工方法相比,依然具有諸多的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
Although the application scope of in-situ cold regeneration is limited by the pavement elevation, it still has many advantages compared with the traditional construction methods in most general road reconstruction.
(1)工序簡(jiǎn)單由于原有舊路面的材料全部被就地利用,省略了挖掘6外運(yùn)6廠內(nèi)加工及回填等一系列工作,使得施工工序大大簡(jiǎn)化。

(2)成本較低國(guó)外的一些施工資料顯示,與傳統(tǒng)的施工方法相比,由于舊的道路材料得以全部利用,隨著再生層厚度的不同,大致可以降低成本。厚度越深,降低成本越多,我國(guó)目前在這方面總結(jié)的資料還不多,但就從我省對(duì)該施工法進(jìn)行的定額測(cè)定結(jié)果來(lái)看,此工藝能夠降低工程成本是肯定的。
(2) The cost is low. (3)提高道路等級(jí)由于該施工法強(qiáng)化了基礎(chǔ)的承載能力#如果新的設(shè)計(jì)級(jí)配合理,可使再生層的強(qiáng)度達(dá)到(13-15Mpa),從根本上保證了道路等級(jí)的提高。這一優(yōu)點(diǎn)對(duì)于低等級(jí)道路的改造尤為重要。
(3) Improve the road grade because the construction method strengthens the bearing capacity of the foundation # if the new design grading is reasonable, the strength of the regeneration layer can reach (13-15mpa), which fundamentally ensures the improvement of the road grade. This advantage is particularly important for the reconstruction of low-grade roads.
(4)生產(chǎn)效率高就地冷再生是在自然條件下進(jìn)行的,除了個(gè)別嚴(yán)重的坑槽需要簡(jiǎn)單的預(yù)處理外,其余路面均不需要任何處理。再加之一次性通過(guò)的施工特點(diǎn),充分地利用了作業(yè)時(shí)間,因此大大地提高了生產(chǎn)效率,在水穩(wěn)路基二灰碎石施工時(shí),經(jīng)過(guò)我們的實(shí)地測(cè)定,一臺(tái)WR2300L型再生機(jī),在組織合理的情況下,每個(gè)工作臺(tái)班可以再生路面4000㎡以上。
(4) High production efficiency, in-situ cold regeneration is carried out under natural conditions. Except that some serious pits need simple pretreatment, other roads do not need any treatment. In addition, the construction characteristics of one-time passing make full use of the operation time, so the production efficiency is greatly improved. During the construction of lime fly ash macadam for water stabilized subgrade, after our field measurement, a wr2300l regenerator can regenerate more than 4000 m2 of pavement for each working shift under the condition of reasonable organization.
(5)保護(hù)環(huán)境和資源因?yàn)榕f料得以全部就地利用,減少了新材料的開(kāi)采,也不存在舊料運(yùn)輸和廢料隨意棄放的問(wèn)題,施工過(guò)程沒(méi)有粉塵和廢氣的污染,節(jié)約了資源,保護(hù)了環(huán)境,因此有人稱之為“綠色”施工技術(shù)!
(5) Protect the environment and resources. Because the old materials can be fully utilized locally, the mining of new materials is reduced, and there is no problem of old material transportation and waste disposal at will. There is no dust and waste gas pollution in the construction process, which saves resources and protects the environment. Therefore, some people call it "green" construction technology!
(6)可以不中斷交通施工由于就地冷再生工序簡(jiǎn)單“投入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的施工設(shè)備很少”對(duì)交通干擾反應(yīng)不敏感!故此在交通量不太大的情況下“可以半幅通車”半幅施工!
(6) Traffic construction can be carried out without interruption.
