講解水泥就地冷再生技術(shù)詳解

經(jīng)過多年的推廣,水泥就地冷再生技術(shù)被業(yè)內(nèi)人士所熟知,并經(jīng)常加以應(yīng)用,看似簡單的水泥就地冷再生工藝,對于質(zhì)量把握方面實(shí)際并不簡單,理由如下:
After years of promotion, the cement in situ cold regeneration technology is well known by people in the industry and is often applied. The seemingly simple cement in situ cold regeneration process is not simple in terms of quality assurance. The reasons are as follows:
1、冷再生工藝有其適用性,先期路面診斷很必要。水泥就地冷再生工藝一般是對原路面進(jìn)行銑刨、整平、碾壓再成層的施工技術(shù),他只是對于淺層(不大于25cm)路面結(jié)構(gòu)的再生利用,所以對于路面結(jié)構(gòu)下層的病害沒有修復(fù)作用。對于路面基層承載力不足,彎沉值過大等情況需要進(jìn)行深層處理以恢復(fù)路面的使用功能,簡單的一層冷再生工藝不能起到長效的效果。
1. The cold regeneration process has its applicability, so it is necessary to diagnose the pavement in advance. The cement in situ cold recycling process is generally the construction technology of milling, leveling, rolling and re layering the original pavement. It is only the recycling of the shallow (no more than 25cm) pavement structure, so it has no repair effect on the diseases of the lower layer of the pavement structure. For the insufficient bearing capacity of the pavement base and the excessive deflection value, deep treatment is needed to restore the use function of the pavement, and the simple one-layer cold regeneration process cannot have a long-term effect.
2、冷再生層級配的檢測與調(diào)整會影響到再生層的質(zhì)量。冷再生層根據(jù)原有路面的結(jié)構(gòu)有灰土基層的冷再生、二灰碎石基層冷再生與水穩(wěn)碎石基層冷再生。對于灰土基層的冷再生一定要慎重,建議只當(dāng)路面底基層使用。相同水泥劑量情況下,路面基層級配合適與否直接影響其強(qiáng)度,所以經(jīng)篩分不滿足級配要求的銑刨料須添加新料進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
2. The detection and adjustment of the cold regeneration layer configuration will affect the quality of the regeneration layer. According to the structure of the original pavement, the cold regeneration layer includes the cold regeneration of lime soil base, lime fly ash macadam base and water stabilized macadam base. We must be careful about the cold regeneration of lime soil base, and it is recommended to use it only for the subbase of the pavement. Under the condition of the same cement dosage, whether the gradation of pavement base is appropriate or not directly affects its strength, so the milled materials that do not meet the gradation requirements after screening must be adjusted by adding new materials.
3、水泥劑量的確定也會直接影響到再生層的質(zhì)量。適宜的水泥劑量不僅可以避免因水泥劑量不足而導(dǎo)致的強(qiáng)度不足現(xiàn)象,而且可以減少因水泥劑量過大而造成的基層應(yīng)力收縮裂縫現(xiàn)象,延長道路的壽命。
3. The determination of cement dosage will also directly affect the quality of regeneration layer. Appropriate cement dosage can not only avoid the phenomenon of insufficient strength caused by insufficient cement dosage, but also reduce the phenomenon of stress shrinkage cracks caused by excessive cement dosage and prolong the service life of the road.


4、水泥的選用關(guān)重要。水泥冷再生并不是使用任何水泥都可以,它有嚴(yán)格的要求。它對水泥結(jié)合料的要求基本與水泥穩(wěn)定碎石對水泥的要求相同,需要初凝時(shí)間大于3小時(shí),終凝時(shí)間大于6小時(shí)的緩凝水泥。
4. The selection of cement is very important. Cold recycling of cement is not possible with any cement. It has strict requirements. Its requirements for cement binder are basically the same as those for cement stabilized macadam, requiring retarded cement with initial setting time of more than 3 hours and final setting time of more than 6 hours.
5、施工用水的選擇。看似無關(guān)緊要的因素,但可能因使用雜質(zhì)過多或鹽離子過多的施工用水,致使工程質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問題。
5. Selection of construction water. Seemingly insignificant factors, but there may be problems in the project quality due to the use of excessive impurities or salt ions.
6、冷再生機(jī)租賃人員認(rèn)為水泥攤鋪的均勻程度直接影響強(qiáng)度的均勻性。
6. The leasing personnel of the cold recycling machine believe that the uniformity of cement paving directly affects the uniformity of strength.
7、合理的整平時(shí)機(jī)會影響再生層的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量。一般再生機(jī)自重都較重,再生后兩輪間與輪跡處密實(shí)度會存在很大的差異性,如何此間差異性后再刮平直接會影響到再生層內(nèi)部密實(shí)度的均勻性。
7. Reasonable leveling will affect the internal quality of the regeneration layer. Generally, the self weight of the regenerator is heavy, and there will be great differences in the compactness between the two wheels and the wheel trace after regeneration. How to eliminate this difference and then scrape it will directly affect the uniformity of the compactness inside the regeneration layer.
