冷再生機液壓系統(tǒng)故障排除的分析

該冷再生機鐵刨鼓轉(zhuǎn)子兩側(cè)安裝有2個并聯(lián)的升降缸,通過對升降缸活塞桿的上、下調(diào)節(jié),可使鐵刨鼓轉(zhuǎn)子提升和下降,以控制轉(zhuǎn)子對路面的洗刨深度。初步分析判斷,故障原因可能是流入升降缸的液壓油壓力不足。
Two parallel lifting cylinders are installed on both sides of the iron planer drum rotor of the cold regeneration machine. The iron planer drum rotor can be lifted and lowered by adjusting the piston rod of the lifting cylinder up and down to control the depth of the rotor to the road surface. According to preliminary analysis, the fault may be caused by insufficient hydraulic oil pressure flowing into the lifting cylinder.
為了方便冷再生機后部液壓系統(tǒng)布置,該冷再生機鐵刨鼓轉(zhuǎn)子升降系統(tǒng)由1臺液壓主泵向控制閥總成供給壓力油,控制閥總成上共集成3組換向閥及配套閥組,分別控制統(tǒng)刨鼓升降缸、鐵刨鼓后斗門升降缸和后輪轉(zhuǎn)向缸。
In order to facilitate the layout of the rear hydraulic system of the cold regeneration machine, the planer drum rotor lifting system of the cold regeneration machine supplies pressure oil to the control valve assembly by a hydraulic main pump. The control valve assembly is integrated with three sets of reversing valves and matching valve groups, which control the planer drum lifting cylinder, the planer drum rear bucket door lifting cylinder and the rear wheel steering cylinder respectively.


我們分析了該液壓系統(tǒng),發(fā)現(xiàn)鐵刨鼓升降缸與其他液壓缸工作相互獨立。隨即將鐵刨鼓升降缸回路及相關(guān)閥組單獨分離出來,對工作原理進(jìn)行分析、研究,以便對故障原因進(jìn)行分析判斷,從而確定故障點。
We analyzed the hydraulic system and found that the lifting cylinder of the iron planer drum is independent of other hydraulic cylinders. Then separate the lifting cylinder circuit of the iron planer drum and the relevant valve group separately, analyze and study the working principle, so as to analyze and judge the cause of the fault and determine the fault point.
