冷再生機(jī)磨合期的使用注意事項(xiàng)

1、注意經(jīng)常察看各儀表是否異常，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時(shí)停下設(shè)備進(jìn)行處理，在原因未找到、故障未前，不可以運(yùn)行設(shè)備。
1. Pay attention to frequently check whether each instrument is abnormal. If any abnormality is found, stop the equipment in time to deal with it. Do not operate the equipment until the cause is found and the fault is eliminated.
2、堅(jiān)持清理機(jī)器并及時(shí)調(diào)整、緊固松動(dòng)的零部件，以防因松動(dòng)而加劇零部件的磨損或?qū)е铝悴考笔А?/div>

3、注意冷再生機(jī)磨合期的工作負(fù)荷，磨合期內(nèi)的工作負(fù)荷一般不能超過額定工作負(fù)荷的80%，并要安排合適的工作量，防止設(shè)備因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)時(shí)間持續(xù)作業(yè)而出現(xiàn)過熱。
3. Pay attention to the working load during the running-in period of the cold regenerator. The working load during the running-in period shall not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent the equipment from overheating due to long-term continuous operation.
4、磨合期停止，應(yīng)對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行一次保養(yǎng)，同時(shí)注意油液的更換。

5、注意經(jīng)常檢查潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油、冷卻液、制動(dòng)液以及燃油（水）位，并注意做好整機(jī)密封性的檢查，檢查中如果發(fā)現(xiàn)油水缺乏過多，應(yīng)查明原因，同時(shí)，應(yīng)做好各潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)的潤(rùn)滑強(qiáng)化，建議在磨合期內(nèi)，每次使用前都要進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑油的檢查與添加。
5. Pay attention to check the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, cooling fluid, brake fluid and fuel (water) level frequently, and pay attention to check the sealing of the whole machine. If there is too much oil and water in the inspection, find out the reason. At the same time, strengthen the lubrication of each lubricating point. It is recommended to check and add the lubricating oil before each use during the running-in period.
