（1）施工過程中注意觀察刀頭磨損情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)松動(dòng)、脫落、折損等情況應(yīng)及時(shí)處理和更換。否則容易造成刀座的磨損，刀座的更換比較麻煩，需要?dú)飧?、電焊等工具，有時(shí)工地條件不具備，或焊接水平達(dá)不到，直接影響使用，可更換的刀座雖說方便，但會(huì)增加使用成本。

（2）更換刀頭時(shí)可用刀頭攻擊器將舊刀頭敲出，新刀頭用鐵錘敲入刀座孔內(nèi)即可。焊接刀座時(shí)注意焊接角度，否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致再生層深淺不一，造成刀具提前磨損等情況，從而會(huì)增加發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)負(fù)荷，造成不必要的動(dòng)力輸出。
