三、減速機(jī)齒輪油的更換方式

減速機(jī)油位及減速機(jī)油的檢查：先切斷電源，等待減速機(jī)冷卻后打開放油螺塞，檢查油是否充滿，避免漏油，取油樣，檢查油色澤及粘度指數(shù)，如果油明顯渾濁，建議盡快更換。新減速機(jī)使用后（500-1000）小時(shí)更換新油（將內(nèi)部污油沖干凈），其后每使用1500小時(shí)需要更換油一次，但是在使用過程中，仍需要檢查油的質(zhì)量，若油有老化、變質(zhì)情況要隨時(shí)更換。
