道路就地冷再生屬于道路維修、改造的范疇,它主要解決瀝青路面上基層破損的問題。具體講,道路冷再生是指充分利用現(xiàn)有瀝青道路舊鋪層材料(面層與基層)必要時加入部分新骨料,并按比例加入一定量的添加劑(水泥、泡沫瀝青、乳化瀝青、石灰、粉煤灰等)在自然環(huán)境溫度下就地連續(xù)地完成材料的銑刨、破碎、拌和、攤鋪及壓實成型,從而修筑出具有所需性能質量的新基層的作業(yè)過程

鑒于瀝青路面再生具有顯著的經(jīng)濟效益和社會環(huán)境效益,應該廣泛應用,同時,隨著我國高等級瀝青路面增多,今后必將面臨更多的舊路面再生利用的問題。因此,怎樣現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎上有組織地再對該項技術進行的、系統(tǒng)的整理加工,并進行必要的試驗驗證,使該項技術達到規(guī)范和標準化,用以指導的道路養(yǎng)護工程建設項目,是擺在我們面前的一項重要任務。

At the same time, with the increase of high-grade asphalt pavement in China, there will inevitably be more problems with the recycling and utilization of old pavement in the future. Therefore, how to organize and process the technology comprehensively and systematically on the basis of existing research results, and conduct necessary experimental verification to achieve standardization and standardization of the technology, in order to guide national road maintenance engineering construction projects, is an important task before us.
(2)再生劑的規(guī)格化與系列化

國外再生劑在都是化工部門研究提供的,我國石油部門目前尚未能顧及。由于過去我國公路大部分瀝青路面結構厚度較薄,一般不用再利用,所以對再生劑總的需求量不大。然而,隨著我國公路建設的發(fā)展,今后瀝青路面再生利用作為公路的一項日常應用技術,對再生劑的需求量必將大大增加,為此,擴大再生劑的料源和品種,使之規(guī)格化、系列化、將是石化部門和公路部門的共同研究課題。

Therefore, expanding the sources and varieties of recycling agents to standardize and serialize them will be a joint research topic for the petrochemical and highway departments.
(3)舊瀝青再生效果的檢測

舊料在熱態(tài)下,舊瀝青呈熔融狀態(tài),能夠與液態(tài)的新瀝青交融混和而成。然而,這僅是一種理論推測,實際交隔混和的情況到底如何,并無法得知。雖然以再生混合料的物理力學性能試驗可間接分析再生效果的優(yōu)劣,但仍不是一種直觀的檢測方法。為此,必須研究方便而快速的檢測方法。

Although the physical and mechanical performance test of recycled mixtures can indirectly analyze the advantages and disadvantages of regeneration effects, it is still not an intuitive detection method. Therefore, it is necessary to study convenient and fast detection methods.

鋪筑再生瀝青路面,工序多,工藝復雜,既要增加用工,又相當麻煩,以致使有些人望而卻步。因此,如何提高施工機械化水平,減輕手工勞動,是瀝青路面再生技術能否大面積推廣的關鍵。大面積鋪筑再生瀝青路面,迫切需要路面翻挖機械,舊料破碎、篩分機械,混合料拌和機械等。既要有適于集中廠拌的大型機械,又要有適于養(yǎng)路部門使用的各種小型機具。積極組織力量,制訂計劃,切實抓好各種再生機械的研制和生產(chǎn),是刻不容緩。

采用瀝青再生技術,可以充分利用舊料,通過選擇適當?shù)呐浔燃靶屡f料的摻和比例,可以再生得到質量相當不錯的再生混和料。初步的研究和實踐均表明,這種再生混合料可以使用于高等級公路的瀝青面層。同時,利用瀝青再生技術可以取得相當可觀的經(jīng)濟效益和的社會效益。
By using asphalt regeneration technology, old materials can be fully utilized. By selecting appropriate proportions and blending ratios of new and old materials, high-quality recycled mixtures can be obtained through regeneration. Preliminary research and practice have shown that this recycled mixture can be used for asphalt pavement on high-grade highways. Meanwhile, utilizing asphalt regeneration technology can achieve considerable economic and social benefits.
(5)瀝青添加劑特性及其混合料路用性能研究

針對瀝青路面在使用過程中出現(xiàn)的諸多病害,人們進行了大量的研究,并指出摻入瀝青添加劑可明顯改善瀝青路面的使用性能;除了常用的樹脂類、橡膠類和共聚物類瀝青改性劑外,近年來國際上又出現(xiàn)了一些新型添加劑。
