（1）在拌和過程完畢時，假如混合料的含水量缺乏，應(yīng)用噴管式灑水車補充灑水。水車起灑處和另一端調(diào)頭處都應(yīng)超出拌和段2m以上。灑水車不應(yīng)在正停止拌和以及當(dāng)天方案拌和的路段上調(diào)頭和停留，以防部分水量過大。

(1) At the end of the mixing process, if the water content of the mixture is insufficient, the sprinkler shall be used to supplement watering. The starting point of the water truck and the turning point at the other end shall exceed the mixing section by more than 2m. （2）灑水后，應(yīng)再次停止拌和，使水分在混合料中散布平均。拌和機械應(yīng)緊跟在灑水車后面停止拌和，減少水分流失。

（3）灑水及拌和過程中，應(yīng)及時檢查混合料的含水量。含水量宜略大于佳值。關(guān)于細粒土，宜較佳含水量大1%~2%。

(3) During watering and mixing, the water content of the mixture shall be checked in time. The water content should be slightly greater than the optimal value. For fine grained soil, the water content should preferably be 1%~2% higher.

整形

（1）混合料拌和平均后，應(yīng)立刻用平地機初步整形。在直線段，平地機由兩側(cè)向路中心停止刮平；在平曲線段，平地機由內(nèi)側(cè)向外側(cè)停止刮平。

(1) After the mixture is evenly mixed, the grader shall be used for preliminary shaping immediately. In the straight section, the grader stops leveling from both sides to the road center; In the flat curve section, the grader stops leveling from the inside to the outside.

（2）用輪胎壓路機立刻在初平的路段上快速碾壓一遍，以暴露潛在的不平整。

（3）再用平地機按本條第1款停止整形，整形前應(yīng)用齒耙將輪跡低洼處表層5cm以上耙松，并按本條第2款再碾壓一遍。
